This place is perfect for training and working out. You get cardio from kickboxing and each individual teacher shows you their tips to breathe better and improve your moves you're struggling in. Brazilian jujitsu helps you fight when your opponent is bigger and how to fight them in a grappling match and feel confident as you improve your skills in training. Muay Thai classes allow you to train your hand to hand combat and get practice sparring with others. Classes are both around morning, Noon, and evening for people who have weird schedules. And the instructors never give up on you. Osu!
I have been taking classes here since November 2015. I absolutely love it. If you want a workout that hits every body part, this is it. You go at your own intensity, good for beginners and advanced exercisers. You make friends in class, which helps motivate each other to keep coming. The facility is also home to Brazilian Jujitsu, Muay Thai, etc so you have room to grow in the future. Instructors are educated, patient, and teach you proper form and stance.
